Mike gives his LOST theory that Widmore needs candidates to get back to the island and has enlisted Desmond to help gather them from he sideways.  Thus them being the ones in the secret sub room.

In our Media section we talk in brief about The Office, Community, Glee, and Fringe. We spend most of the time talking about our impressions of FlashForward, a new show on ABC.
